Key Responsibilities
Idea generation: Collaborating with creative teams to conceptualize and develop design ideas for digital campaigns, websites, apps, and social media content.
Branding: Creating and maintaining brand consistency across all design materials.
Visual storytelling: Using design elements to communicate the brand message clearly and attractively.
Digital advertising: Creating engaging designs for online ads (e.g., banners, social media ads, display ads).
Social media content: Designing graphics for social media posts, stories, and profiles that are eye-catching and effective.
Team collaboration: Working closely with copywriters, UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers to create cohesive designs.
Software skills: Using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel)
Meeting deadlines: Delivering high-quality designs on time.
Staying updated: Keeping up with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in the digital space to create fresh, modern designs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel
Experience designing for digital platforms – social media creatives, ads, banners, websites, and emailers
Ability to create designs as per brand guidelines
Basic knowledge of print design (brochures, flyers, standees) is a plus
Familiarity with file formats, resolutions, and export settings for digital use
