In just three days, we conceptualized, designed, and executed a full-fledged offline OOH marketing campaign for Vodafone across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. This rapid turnaround was made possible by our team's swift strategy development, which aligned on campaign objectives and identified key high-traffic locations for maximum visibility.
The result was a powerful and impactful presence for Vodafone that engaged and connected with the audience in MP and Chhattisgarh. Process
We approached the OOH ad shoot with the clarity and precision that large-format advertising deserves.
We began by understanding the brand objective and the media plan—every hoarding size, location, and viewing distance was mapped before we even picked up the camera. Once the communication direction was locked, our creative team developed visual concepts that would hold impact even at 100+ meters.
Next, we moved into pre-production. We curated the right model look, styling, and mood, arranged the photography crew, and planned the entire shoot through detailed shot lists and layouts. For every frame, we ensured clean backgrounds, strong lighting, and compositions that allowed space for headline, branding, and visual balance.
On shoot day, our team executed with complete coordination—capturing multiple angles, poses, and high-resolution frames built specifically for large-scale printing. Test shots were reviewed live on-set to ensure clarity, contrast, and the perfect alignment with the hoarding mockups.
Post-production was carried out with equal detail. We refined skin tones, enhanced clarity, cleaned backgrounds, balanced color, and prepared each final image in artwork-ready formats. Our design team then adapted these visuals across all hoarding sizes, ensuring legibility, boldness, and consistency.
Finally, we delivered print-ready files to media vendors, monitored installations, and captured post-installation photography to close the loop.
