Zota Healthcare Limited is a 20-year-old pharmaceutical company with an annual turnover of ₹65 crore and a diverse portfolio of 27+ healthcare brands. Despite its strong product base and industry experience, the company had minimal brand visibility and no defined brand identity in a highly competitive pharmaceutical market.
At the time of engagement, there had been no structured efforts toward brand development, positioning, or communication strategy. Zota Healthcare sought to establish a credible, consistent, and impactful brand presence across markets—one that would reflect its scale, quality standards, and long-term vision.
Our role as a strategic brand consulting agency was to build Zota Healthcare’s brand from the ground up—creating clarity, cohesion, and recognition across its corporate and product ecosystem.
Process
We began consulting with Zota Healthcare Limited in 2015, focusing on long-term brand building rather than short-term visibility. Our first step was understanding the pharmaceutical market, consumer trust barriers, franchise scalability, and competitive positioning to define a clear brand roadmap.
We conceptualized and launched Davaindia, a new healthcare retail brand, with a strong value proposition, brand identity, and expansion strategy. From naming and positioning to brand guidelines, every element was designed for national scalability and consumer recall.
To support rapid growth, we developed 10,000+ creative assets, 2,500+ packaging designs, brand presentations, and in-store branding. Each creative was aligned with regulatory norms, brand consistency, and mass-market appeal.
We executed integrated media campaigns to generate qualified franchise leads across multiple regions. Our media mix included print, outdoor, digital marketing, and targeted campaigns focused on high-potential franchise markets.
Our structured rollout strategy enabled the establishment of 650+ stores across India, supported by consistent store branding, communication guidelines, and localized marketing support.
We identified PR opportunities and built a media outreach plan aligned with the brand’s target audience positioning Davaindia as a trusted, affordable healthcare brand in national and regional media.
