Process
We began with a comprehensive brand audit to understand why Carzspa a 10-year-old car detailing brand—was losing relevance. This included evaluating brand perception, franchise performance, customer experience, and competitive positioning against unorganized local car detailing players. The objective was clear: revive trust, relevance, and profitability.
Based on insights, we redefined Carzspa’s brand purpose, value proposition, and positioning. The focus shifted to professionalism, standardization, premium service quality, and franchise credibility key factors missing in the earlier brand perception. This strategic repositioning laid the foundation for national expansion.
We created a fresh, modern brand identity designed for scalability across India. This included logo refinement, color systems, visual language, communication tone, and customer-facing assets. The new identity was crafted to appeal to both end consumers and potential franchise partners.
The revamped Carzspa brand was launched nationally with a structured rollout plan. All touchpoints—physical outlets, signage, marketing materials, and digital presence were aligned to ensure brand consistency across markets.
